I have been contemplating on what to write about next, since there is so much to talk about in real estate…well not really at the moment, and find myself a bit stuck. What is the most vital information? Is it: What is going on in my area? When should I buy? When can I sell reasonably without taking a huge loss? Will we recover? No one, including me, has a crystal ball. What are the needs? I am finding in Pasadena California that we are extremely lucky to live here.
So people. What info can I give you? And in the meantime, I will post something cool I just found out about Pasadena! Cheeseburgers!
